Photography is my medium for translation. I translate the silence of the snow, the language of the pack, and the wisdom in an ancient elephant's eye. My goal is not to conquer nature with a camera, but to be granted a fleeting glimpse into its soul. If my images can inspire one person to feel a deeper connection to our planet and a stronger desire to protect it, then my work has found its true purpose.
